• I reserve the right to deny any order before payment occurs.•Unless specified otherwise, by Comissioning me you agree that I can use the comissioned work on Social media for portfolio purposes.• The price of a project may vary from the listed amount, the variation depends on factors such as Complexity, Genre, and Duration.

Usage

• You are NOT allowed to use earlier Work in Progresses and finish these projects on your own. However you can download these projects to share with friends and for feedback, however distribution of the Work in Progress is Prohibited.• All Commissions must be given proper Credits:
  - This includes credits on music distribution sites (Distrokid, TuneCore, etc.), Youtube   Descriptions, and any and all other Social Media posts which may contain the Song.• For other monetized usage (e.g. Video Games, Movies, Distribution) and commercial prices dependent on the service please let me know beforehand as they're priced on a case-by-case basis.• If you are looking to distribute the final product to music services (Spotify etc.) you must discuss that with me beforehand (it might involve either royalty splits or a commercial flat fee)• For Cover Instrumental services, I do not take responsibility for any kind of copyright infringement regarding your request. Any potential publishing related issues are solely your responsibility (especially important in terms of instrumental recreations and distribution).• Feel free to reach out directly in order to clarify anything If necessary.

Process

• I may not work on the commission right away as I may other projects to work on, but I will let you once I start and the progress of the work• My average turnaround is usually up to 3 months but may vary depending on the complexity of the commission.• During the first few works or so of commissioning, we will brainstorm what I can offer for the piece. However after this period, you will only be able to request 3 major revisions (such a genre change, key change, major instrument changes, etc.).• 5 minor revisions will be allowed if they are within reason. Keep them concise so I am not constantly fixing issues• If additional information is required and the client is unable to respond in a timely manner, the commission may be delayed or cancelled• For lack of responses that are more than a 2 week period without prior notice, I hold the right to cancel the commission with no refund given. I will however bump messages to help keep the comissionee responsible.
-Emergency situations from the comissionee are excempt from this

Payment & Refunds

• All payment is in USD• Commercial Use Projects will have an additional fee of +50% on top of the total price. This applies if you plan to marke the song through Music Distrubtors (such as Distrokid, TuneCore, etc.).• I apply the Commercial Use Fee on a case-by-case basis dependant on the audience size of the comissionee so please talk to me about this beforehand.• If a project is refunded I reserve the right to re-use some aspects of the commission (i.e, melody, chord progressions, etc.) so long as it does not closely resemble the completed work.• Listed prices do not include potential transaction fees (such as with PayPal, and may cost an additional 5% of the advertised price)• Work on your commission will not begin until payment is received.• Orders exceeding 100$ can be paid in a 50-50 format, meaning I will start working on your commission after half of the payment is sent and once the order is finished you must send the other half of the payment.• A partial refund in the range of 25-75% may be applicable depending on the circumstances and how far the project has progressed.• If a fraudulent chargeback is filed, you will lose all rights to using the final product, and it may be used as a personal project, re-sold or given away. You will also be blacklisted from further commissions.
